ORDERING:

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders placed before 2 pm CST will be processed the same day.  Orders placed after 2 pm CST or on weekends and national holidays will be processed the next business day.  

How can I change or update my order once it is placed?

Once an order has been placed it is not possible to edit shipping or billing details, combine orders, or add/remove products to or from the order.

How do I cancel my order?

If an issue arises with your order, please contact on our Contact Us page

SHIPPING:

What countries do you currently ship to?

Indie Skyn LLC ships domestically in the United States and to U.S. Territory addresses excluding P.O. boxes.  We currently do not ship internationally.

Priority Shipping is not available to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Which couriers are used to ship?

We currently ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with First-Class Mail and Priority Mail shipping options.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation that will contain all the details of your order including your tracking number where you can view real-time shipping updates. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Shipping restrictions do not allow us to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you receive a package containing damaged or missing items, please contact us with the following information:

Name, email address, order number, nature of damages.

I think my order is lost in the mail. What do I do?

Be sure to check with your leasing office (if applicable), with a neighbor to see if they signed for you, and in various places on your porch/doorway.  

If you have received a delivery confirmation, but did not received your package, please contact Contact Us within 48 hours from the delivery date and include your full name, address, order number, and tracking number in the body of the email.

Once this information is received we will initiate an investigation with USPS. Please allow 10 (fourteen) business days to complete this at which point, we will either refund you in full or ship you a new order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES:

What is your return policy?

Unopened products: returned within 14 days of original purchase are eligible for a full refund.

Opened products: Refunds cannot be issued for products that have been opened.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not process exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order, please contact Contact Us within seven (7) days 

PAYMENTS:

What forms of payment do you accept?

You may complete your checkout process using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or Apple Pay and Pay Pal.

How do I submit a brand for consideration?

How can I purchase an Indie Skyn gift card?
